The JumpStart Challenge is Mr Price Foundation’s biggest fundraiser of the year. It is a hybrid fitness event for cyclists, runners, joggers and walkers of all ages and abilities. The virtual challenge for participants around the globe is from 27 February – 5 March 2023. The physical event is at Holla Trails in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, on 4 March 2023 (mountain bike ride) and 5 March 2023 (run/walk).
Every rand raised by the JumpStart Challenge goes directly to the foundation’s JumpStart programme, to empower youth with life skills and work readiness training. JumpStart opens a world of opportunity for thousands of unemployed youth every year. When youth are empowered with new skills and opportunities for employment, they can break the cycle of poverty and inequality.
Anyone can participate! You can live anywhere in the world and all ages can participate. Gather a group of friends, family, colleagues or club members and plan your route!
We welcome international participants. International virtual participants will pay $10 entry. ENTRIES ARE OPEN.
